Part-time and full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus (available through 9/30/2026).

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This role is referral eligible and eligible for relocation incentive.

Shift Hours: Four 10 hour shifts a week 7:30am-6pm. Monday-Friday (no weekends)

About the Unit:

Our team provides care to the following patient population: benign and malignant hematology, malignant solid tumors, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatology, neurology, pulmonary, allergy and immunology. We are looking for nurses with at least 1 year of acute care experience preferred with Chemo experience as a plus!

Nursing skills gained:

• Symptom Management of Disease Process
• Care Navigation and care management.
• Utilize tools for Prior Authorization, Insurance risk/denial, work with all disciplines of healthcare for patient care needs.
• Critical thinking skills
• Peripheral IV and Vascular Access Device skills
• Patient and family education

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
