Office Administrator

3PEAK Architecture is seeking a reliable, organized, and service-oriented OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team. We are an office consisting of 9 team members.We maintain a relaxed but professional environment and are committed to integrity , quality , and adventure with service to our clients and surrounding community.This position is an important part of keeping daily operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.

• Full-time (32-40 hrs/wk), M-F
• Compensation:$19-$23 per hour, depending on experience and skill set

Ideal Qualifications: Experience managing or supporting a professional office environment is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Applications and Adobe software. Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient at multitasking, prioritizing and remaining composed under deadlines. High attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through. Ability to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating with supervisor and team. Self-motivation, dependable, enthusiastic, and professional. Willingness to learn architectural-specific administrative software and office procedures. Job Responsibilities(includes but not limited to the following): Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Welcome clients, visitors, and public community to the office. Generating office correspondence, reports, documents, and other administrative materials. Support internal office organization, communication, and daily administrative operations. Assist with implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Support company leadership and team members with a variety of tasks.
