This contract position is available for on-site work and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a healthcare team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in the medical field.

As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding treatment plans and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Responsibilities

Interpret medical images and provide accurate diagnoses
Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings
Conduct interventional radiology procedures as needed
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Supervise and mentor radiology staff and trainees
Stay updated on advancements in radiological practices and technologies

Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Experience in radiology, preferably in a clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Familiarity with the latest radiological technologies and methodologies
Commitment to patient care and ethical standards in practice

Schedule: 7a-3p or 3p-10p

No call requirement

Setting: 100% remote

Modalities: XR, CT, MRI, US, NM, and MIM

Must be able to read CTAs (head and neck), MRIs (head and spine), and obstetric ultrasounds

Workstations provided

Must be ABR or AOBR board-certified or board-eligible
