Internal Communications Manager

Partnering closely with the Chief Business Officer and GTM leaders, the full-time remote Internal Communications Manager will manage strategic communications, translating complex strategies into clear messaging while driving communication plans for key initiatives within a rapidly growing organization. Key responsibilities Embed with GTM leadership to understand their communication needs and priorities Translate GTM strategy into compelling communications that resonate across the organization Own the communication strategy for significant GTM events and initiatives Required qualifications 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment Experience supporting senior commercial leaders, demonstrating confidence and sound judgment Deep understanding of GTM motions, including sales and partnerships Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt voice and tighten messaging Strong organizational skills to manage communications as a cohesive program
