Responsibilities:

• Lead customer issue resolution by coordinating activities between Engineering, R&D, Project Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal teams.
• Work closely with factory and quality teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborate with field service teams and vendors to identify effective materials, methods, and solutions.
• Drive timely and cost-efficient customer resolutions while supporting after-delivery cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze and improve departmental processes through efficiency enhancements and best-practice implementation.
• Travel as needed to support high-profile customer issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and customer communication records.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Manage front office reception activities and visitor coordination.
• Support training facility operations and scheduling.
• Handle correspondence, records management, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Assist with meeting coordination, logistics, and departmental support activities.
