Warehouse Associate - Raleigh, NC

Ready to join a growing team as a dependable Warehouse Associate for a Triangle Area industry leader? This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and benefits. This role will focus on supporting the warehouse fulfillment operations run efficiently.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $16/hr ~ 45 hrs a week plus optional Saturday additional OT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)
Location: Raleigh, NC

Key Responsibilities

Identify missing product and communication with replenishment team
Move pallets throughout the warehouse
Keep aisles clean and organized breaking down boxes
Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

Previous verifiable warehouse experience required
Ability to lift and move pallets/material consistently
Reliable transportation and able to show up on time daily
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strict background screening requirements apply

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Familiarity with electric pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus
Strong work ethic and dependability

This is a hands-on role supporting the order picking team and helping keep operations moving efficiently.
