Commercial Property Manager

Overview We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager with a proactive work ethic and strong communication skills to be responsible for day-to-day operations of a 6-story commercial office building in Whitestone, NY and a select group of NYC properties. The role involves managing commercial leasing activities, maintaining property standards, ensuring code compliance, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and vendors while effectively managing financial performance. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Vendor management Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues Supervise on-site staff Prepare reports and accurate recordkeeping Other projects Qualifications Fluency in English and Mandarin Commercial property management experience (required) Must be legally able to work in the USA College degree Excellent customer service skills Experience in property leasing, code compliance, and vendor management Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Professional demeanor suitable for client interactions Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
