Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students within school settings
• Deep understanding of clinical assessment and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as an essential resource for students by delivering social-emotional support tailored to meet individual needs
• Lead as the 504 Plan Coordinator, overseeing compliance and implementation to support student accommodations
• Develop and provide interventions that promote positive behavior and emotional wellness
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators to foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment
• Contribute to intervention planning and participate in meetings with school staff and stakeholders
• Remain up-to-date on best practices in school social work and relevant laws and regulations

This onsite position is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week and is available for immediate start, continuing through June 23, 2027. You will work alongside passionate educators in a role that directly shapes student success and resilience.
