Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support personal injury litigation by managing case files, organizing evidence, and assisting with preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and formatting legal documents, communicating with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel, and tracking case deadlines and statutes of limitation. The role also involves coordinating discovery, preparing exhibits, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the attorney with court filings and calendaring. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in legal document preparation, including drafting and formatting pleadings and motions. Candidates should possess skills in document review, including organizing, summarizing, and managing case-related records and evidence. Candidates should possess skills in legal research, including reviewing statutes, case law, and court rules relevant to personal injury matters. Candidates should possess skills in preparing and filing pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with court requirements, and timely submission. Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training is preferred; prior litigation or personal injury experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with legal practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with clients and external parties. THESE POSITIONS PAY $85,000 to $105,000 TO START Feltoon Law offers a bonus and benefit package that meets or exceeds anything offered in the industry.
