This position provides administrative support and technical assistance to Fiscal Support and Oversight staff engaged in fiscal monitoring. Key Duties Include: - Preparing correspondence, reports, and documentation - Coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and schedules - Managing filing systems and tracking processes - Supporting data analysis and report generation - Handling confidential information ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Maintains office procedures and administrative controls - Develops, edits, and distributes correspondence and reports - Coordinates meetings and documents outcomes - Develops and manages tracking systems - Compiles and analyzes reports - Responds to inquiries and provides customer service - Maintains records and electronic filing systems KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - Knowledge of administrative procedures and accounting practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Registrations, Licensure Requirements or Certifications: N/A INITIAL SELECTION CRITERIA Three years of full-time administrative support experience. Graduation from high school or equivalent required. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a temporary position. Applicants will be screened based on experience.
