We’re hiring CDL-A drivers for our Des Moines, IA location.   

• As a highly visible, field-focused role, you'll travel throughout the region to support business operations and customer needs. This position requires flexibility, including overnight travel and some evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities 

• Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials 

• Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations 

• Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Commercial Driver’s License 

• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent  

• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
