Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,009-$2,173 per week Assignment length: 16 weeks Shift: 8-hour daytime shifts, five days per week Start date: 09/24/2026 Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Setting: oncology/infusion care environment; adult hematology/oncology care area On-site nursing ratio: 4:1 patient load per shift Certifications: BLS; chemotherapy and biotherapy certification required Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy per established protocols and orders Monitor patient responses, manage adverse effects, and respond to infusion-related reactions Administer IV medications and infusions, maintain IV access, and monitor infusion times Conduct patient assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the broader care team Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans, potential side effects, and safety measures Document all care, medications, and assessments accurately in the Epic EMR; ensure timely charting and compliance with policy Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure patient safety and comfort Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible for VT licensure) Minimum 2 years clinical experience; oncology/infusion experience preferred Certification in chemotherapy and biotherapy required Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to work in an infusion/oncology care setting and adhere to the assigned shift schedule Nursing degree (ASN or BSN) Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
