A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - AI Platform. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement foundational components for production-grade AI systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop the next-generation agent platform Drive the adoption of AI agents across the enterprise and ensure their security, reliability, and performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure Deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models Proficiency with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems Experience in software development, preferably in Python, Go, or Java
