What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email responding quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.
Work closely with our 70+ locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of call center or contact center experience you know how to manage high call volume, stay focused, and hit performance targets.
Confident communicator clear, professional, and friendly in both speech and writing.
Organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple tasks and systems at once.
Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, phone software, and basic office tools.
Bonus points if you're bilingual.
