We have an opening for a Business Development Director – Indianapolis area for a well known ambulatory surgery company. Responsibilities Recruiting surgeons into ambulatory surgery, healthcare, and surgical facilities Retaining existing physicians / surgeons Growing the case loads Qualifications Extensive sales and business development background in healthcare. Prior experience working with Physicians, preferably in surgical specialties. Proven track record as a salesperson. Required Skills Examples include: Physician Liaisons, healthcare Management Service Organizations, hospital systems, large Physician groups, etc. Cross collaborates across lanes – recognizing attention needed to large partners.
