California-Based Complex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Complex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California, minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial/Business Litigation, drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case), research projects (high-level), all general back-end production, well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines, self-starter and able to work independently.
