Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for vehicle acquisitions. Coordinate, organize, and distribute vehicles across multiple dealership locations. Travel to offsite locations within the Pittsburgh metro market to conduct vehicle appraisals. Utilize basic software tools proficiently for tracking and communication. Follow defined processes and adapt to new systems efficiently. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with basic software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, etc.). A self‑motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
