ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Account Representative Team Member (Bilingual-Spanish).
We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through meaningful relations, value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. You are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You improve the lives of our customers as a liaison between customer needs by proactively marketing relevant products and services.


This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, with over 35 years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Experience in marketing financial products
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Personal Lines Licenses (Must have or must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
