What We're Looking For:
We are a new opening and are hiring for all line cooks from salad stations up to broiler cooks

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute elevated steakhouse dishes with consistency and precision
- Cook meats to exact specifications using various methods (grill, broiler, sous vide, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized station during service
- Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (steakhouse experience a plus)
- Familiarity with proper meat temperatures and cooking techniques
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
