Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician :
Responsibilities:
- Perform grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
- Conduct HVAC maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including turnovers and work orders.
- Handle plumbing, drywall repair and texturing, painting, electrical repair, carpentry, and appliance repair and installation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of onsite residential maintenance work experience.
- Must have your own set of basic hand tools and a power drill.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability Monday-Friday for an 8-hour workday, full-time (40 hours per week).
- HVAC certification is preferred (proof of certification required if applicable).
- No on-call duties.
