Position Overview

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Candidates without a degree must possess substantial experience managing projects for a high-end luxury home builder.
- Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects, preferably within the luxury custom home market.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
