Head of Project Management (Construction)

My client is a growth-minded General Contractor who is seeking a Project Manager who is looking to grow their career in Ground-up Construction. They have seen year over year growth and have a steady backlog of project work to support this growth. They have a deep bench of project variety including: Financial, Government, Healthcare, Industrial, K-12, Religious, and Retail.

Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
