Pharmacy Technician Location: Seattle, WA 98104 Pay Rate: $21.30/hour Work Type: Onsite Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 40 hours/week (8.5-hour shift with 30-minute lunch) Hours may vary within operating window of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a production-driven environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting with prior authorization processes, and supporting multiple pharmacy functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders Provide professional and courteous phone assistance Route clinical questions and judgment-based inquiries to the pharmacist Prior Authorization Support Assist with criteria-based prior authorization processes Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of requests Production & Operations Support production-focused pharmacy tasks Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inventory Assist with additional functions such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, and prior authorizations as needed Qualifications Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Onsite role located in Seattle, WA Opportunity to expand skills across multiple pharmacy functions Collaborative, team-oriented environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
