Lead Solution Architect

DescriptionResponsible for detailed solution architecture and designs, as well as delivery of estimations for BHSF T&D projects. Guides other architects and designers from various disciplines to define the most cost-effective and efficient design. Must excel at planning, communicating and driving architecture, engineering and infrastructure while driving changes that increase technology performance and availability, reduce time to market, new capabilities across the enterprise, decrease complexity and optimize revenue and cost. Strategically analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve. Guides others in documenting and monitoring requirements needed to institute proposed updates. Leads other Tech and Digital professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly. Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments. Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope. Guide project and product management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives. Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions. Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.Estimated salary range for this position is $ - $ / year depending on experience.QualificationsDegrees:Masters.Additional Qualifications:Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.Proven project management knowledge and skills.Develop and maintain the enterprise roadmap and architecture for end-user computing technologies.Provide strategic oversight for endpoint management platforms, including Workspace ONE, Intune, and device lifecycle management.Lead the architecture and governance of mobile device management solutions, including shared and dedicated mobile devices.Define and oversee VDI architecture, capacity planning, modernization initiatives, and user experience standards.Establish enterprise print architecture standards for office, clinical, and specialty printing environments.Partner with Epic and clinical teams to ensure endpoint, mobile, and virtual workspace technologies support operational workflows.Create and maintain technology standards, reference architectures, and design principles across the organization.Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct architectural reviews, and provide technical leadership for major initiatives.Serve as the technical authority for vendor evaluations, solution design reviews, and strategic technology investments.Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and support business objectives.Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the digital workspace ecosystem.Provide architectural governance and mentorship to engineering teams while ensuring consistency across implementations.Able to guide others in developing IT and cloud infrastructure.Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.Guide others using their experience with software engineering and design architecture.Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software.Minimum Required Experience: 10 YearsJob Field: TechnologyOrganization: CorporateSchedule: Full-time
