Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally (equity compensation), then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!You’ll work as part of a truly global team operating under a hub model, with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. Our structure eliminates silos, enabling seamless cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.This is an opportunity to combine technical understanding with strategic thinking—helping clients align equity programs with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.How We WorkGlobal collaboration: Integrated team across multiple regions, supported by local experts for technical precision.One firm, no silos: Our structure fosters cross-border teaming and knowledge sharing.Hybrid flexibility: Work primarily from LondonPeriodic travel: Client meetings, training sessions, and team workshops.What You’ll DoCross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.QualificationsMust Have10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience.Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).Nice to HaveUnderstanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position.This role is hybrid.Location: LondonIncentives & benefits: Performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.Department:Equity Compensation
