Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Massachusetts School Psychologist license
• Experience working with diverse student populations in K-12 settings
• Strong communication, consultation, and assessment skills
• Collaborative mindset with an ability to work well on multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with conducting evaluations and implementing IEPs
• Compassionate, student-focused approach to problem-solving

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct services, including individual and group counseling
• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral evaluations
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
