Job Description

Position: Material Handler Receiving Clerk

Pay: $20.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Location: Rockdale, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Handler/Receiving Clerk to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Are you ready to join a dynamic team? This temp-to-hire position is with a worldwide distributor of mechanical and electrical components. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage workflow using system screens
Collaborate with operations to resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shorts, damages)
Load and unload trucks efficiently
Pull parts for orders
Enter data, including bills of lading
Handle shipments via UPS and FedEx
Operate sit-down forklifts safely

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a warehouse, including shipping, receiving, or order picking
Experience with sit-down forklifts
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines

Skills:

Material handling
Shipping and receiving procedures
Order picking and packing
Load/unload operations
Data entry (bills of lading, UPS, FedEx knowledge)
