Description

- Answering telephone calls about spare parts

- Preparation of spare part quotations

- Taking spare parts orders from customers

- Placing part orders with suppliers

- Following up on delivery times and order status

- Invoicing customer and following up on pricing questions/inquiries

- Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings

- Keeping lists of warranty items shipped to customers, keeping track of warranty parts to be returned to NENA/NSC

- Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements

- Check spare parts pricing – compare quotes from Germany to the prices in computer system

- Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Customer Service

- Microsoft office (basic excel)

- Ability to read blueprints- huge plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Deptford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
