Respiratory Anesthesia Regional Manager-Northeast Respiratory Anesthesia Regional Manager-Northeast The Respiratory Anesthesia Regional Manager will lead a team of Respiratory Anesthesia Representatives and Specialists in the Southeast United States to promote the application of our technology in the Anesthesia environment. The Regional Manager manages the region’s sales activity and team, promoting the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare brand and clinical messages to exceed the region’s sales targets. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team of Respiratory Anesthesia Reps to ensure high performance and motivation. Hiring and developing a regional sales team to achieve sales goals aligned with business strategy. Develop and oversee the implementation of sales plans for the region to ensure market conditions are addressed and sales targets are achieved through Salesforce. Provide feedback on product use and adoption by working with the FPH and NZ product development and marketing teams. Evaluate market conditions and pre‑market activity and identify competitor activity. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing key accounts to achieve awareness of therapy and product benefits. Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to evaluate performance and provide coaching and development to team members. Review and authorize sales proposals and cost models to ensure economic returns for Fisher & Paykel and its customers. Manage customer relationships to ensure Fisher & Paykel quality processes are followed and to maximize customer relationships. Provide input into the national sales plan to address market conditions and achieve sales targets. Review and authorize sales team expenses to ensure compliance and achievement of the business plan. Prepare management reports to advise management on progress against the regional sales plan and identify competitor activity. Qualifications and Experience Required Minimum of 2–3 years as an Anesthesia Sales Rep preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with KOLs preferred. Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role preferred (sales management, training, senior sales representative). Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals on a consistent and sustained basis aligned with F&P strategy. Knowledge of competitor products and business strategies. Knowledge of markets and associated clinical requirements. Negotiation and presentation skills. Training and coaching skills. Multi‑state territory management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally with F&P. Salary Range The anticipated on‑target salary for candidates working in the territory is $170–$190K (base+bonus) .
