Administrative Assistant – Remote/Home based. Bronxville, NY, United States.

Our company is searching for a hard‑working, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Editor for a 16‑week assignment. Our visually driven journal publishes unique job interviews with prolific contemporary fine art photographers and musicians.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively and efficiently with others.
• Support organizational effectiveness through complication resolution.
• Maintain strong communication and writing skills; engage courtesy via email or phone.
• Manage editor’s calendar.
• Open, sort, and distribute inbound communications.
• Collaborate with staff including writers, freelance photographers, illustrators, and marketing experts.
• Achieve university commendation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Available 3 times a week (ideally one day each week) for a minimum of 4 months.
• Strong organizational and personalized administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Knowledge of photography and/or fine arts is recommended.
