SiriusXM is seeking a qualified Analyst, People Technology & Reporting to configure and support Workday Benefits and Absence Management. The role focuses on accurate benefits administration, ACA compliance, and efficient reporting. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, and Total Rewards to continuously improve processes and data integrity.
