Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. Position Details

• Location: Jefferson Hills, PA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Evening Shifts
• 40 Hours Per Week
• 10-Hour Shifts Starting at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend Required
• No On-Call Requirements
• Virtual Interview Process

Compensation

• Travel Pay Package: Up to $3,326/Week

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Obtain patient histories and explain procedures clearly
• Operate advanced CT imaging equipment and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document imaging procedures accurately within the medical record

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) Certification Required
• BLS/CPR Certification Required
• Minimum 2 Years of Recent CT Experience Preferred
• Experience with Siemens CT Scanners Required:
  • Siemens Xcite
  • Siemens Force
  • Siemens Xceed
• Experience with EPIC, Clario, and Visage Preferred
• Active State License as Required

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
• A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
