Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the full-cycle recruitment process by prescreening candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is critical to creating a positive candidate experience, helping hiring managers quickly identify qualified applicants, and attracting top talent to Mercy Housing. English/Spanish bilingual candidates preferred. Location: 1600 Broadway Denver, CO 80202 Hybrid Schedule: Generally 1 day per week in-office required, 4 days remote (after successful completion of in-person training period). Advise hiring managers on the best method/medium for sourcing candidates. Provide feedback to hiring manager on recruiting activity and challenges being faced. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, confirming details and providing updates on the recruiting and hiring process. Work with local and regional community partnerships through job fairs, workforce centers, technical schools, community colleges, universities, etc. Post job openings on internal and external job boards, social media, and company website. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and ensure all candidate records are up to date. Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements. Minimum Qualifications What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years in a human resources role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systemsand scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Calendly). Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years experience in recruiting or onboarding. UKG experience. Knowledge And Skills Strong attention to detail, accurate. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills and prioritize when necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS. This is a brief description of the responsibilities and skills required.
