OVERVIEW
A growing and well-resourced property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a market-rate residential community in the Memphis area.
This on-site leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, team leadership, and resident satisfaction . The ideal candidate is a strong operator and people leader who can balance leasing, operations, and customer experience while elevating overall community performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, marketing, and resident services
• Develop and manage operating budgets to drive strong financial performance and NOI growth
• Oversee occupancy, leasing velocity, and resident retention strategies
• Hire, train, and develop on-site team members, fostering engagement and accountability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resident experience
• Monitor community performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support property operations

WHAT IT TAKES

• 3–5+ years of residential property management experience
• Proven experience managing budgets and improving community NOI
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with property management systems (OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, or similar) preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
