Location: Westlake, TX
Position Type: Full Time (NO C2C)
Salary: DOE
US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD preferred. No sponsorship available for this job, direct hire. Local candidates preferred.
Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years of experience in leading large programs, including leading the transition from incumbent team, business transformation
- Strong Delivery / Program Management skills, incl - working with ambiguity, transition planning / leading / driving the transition of activities from incumbent team, proactively identify risks & mitigate them, Status Reporting to the Governance Team, drive the team towards meeting the program objectives, single point of contact for the program / portfolio
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing Fixed Price / Managed Services engagements (~ $ 10MM), governed by SLAs with risk-reward / penalty payments to customer
- Excellent understanding & experience in working Loan Origination System / Processes and strong IT technical background, with JAVA, Adobe Flex, Hibernate, SOA, WebLogic, JBOSS, Oracle
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, and able to interact with senior management from both customer and TCS side
- Drive operational excellence activities, aimed at reducing the cost for customer - incl. process optimization, automation, enhance productivity, establish software standards
