Role Overview Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for Home and Auto policies. Evaluate risk and determine appropriate coverage. Confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections. Candidates living near our offices (Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX) are expected to work in the office three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday). Remote candidates may work from home with occasional office visits. Training 15 weeks for unlicensed candidates, 13 weeks for licensed. Next start date: July13 (unlicensed) or July27 (licensed). Training hours: Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:00pm EST. Post‑training schedule: Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11pm EST with shift differential potential. Compensation The hourly rate is $25. There are opportunities to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs, sales incentives, and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top earners exceeding $2,000. Annualized base pay range: $46,222–$69,333. Additional shift differentials are available post‑training and for bilingual candidates. Qualifications At least 2years of recent sales experience, comfortable negotiating and overcoming objections. Current or prior sales center experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling 30–40 inbound calls per day. Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable.Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. High‑speed broadband internet (≥300MB download /10MB upload) with a hard‑wired connection to the Hartford‑issued router or computer. Bilingual Spanish‑English skill set is a plus.
