Document Controller

Job Duties/Responsibilities Organize and archive physical and digital records such has records deriving from receiving, production processes, completed jobs, training, etc. Verify, accept and scan Material Test Reports Verify, accept and scan records from vendors Complete job close process once jobs have completed production Create data books for manufactured products, when applicable Schedule third party inspections Create Non-conformance reports as needed and ensure they are resolved Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines Performs other duties or assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills: Computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs. Able to multi-task and manage a heavy and varied workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Interacts with others in terms of document control functions. Responsibilities are of moderate complexity. Must be able to capable of decision-making within defined role and display strong initiative. Excellent personal interaction skills; outgoing, confident, and strong personal presentation. Self-starter, willing to learn, seeks out opportunities for career and personal development.
