The Intern should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Additionally, they should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales Leadership to maintain accurate monthly KPIs, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure all CRM records, opportunities, and activity logs are consistently updated and accurate.
• Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and lead-generation activities.
• Track market and industry trends to provide insight that informs sales strategy and prospecting approaches.
• At GPA's sole discretion you may also be tasked with other Global Process Automation LLC projects and responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Desire to develop a career within the Sales field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the O365 suite of software.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all organizational levels.
• Excellent ability to multi-task.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
