Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)Jim Taylor Auto Group is looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role is made for someone who enjoys hands-on work, light design projects, content creation, and keeping a busy department organized. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and committed to helping you thrive.What You’ll DoMonitor customer chats throughout the day and help connect customers with the right dealership departmentAttend dealership events, sponsored events, press conferences, and community gatherings to take photos and assist as neededCollect and upload photos and short videos of dealership activity, new arrivals, team members, and inventory for marketing useComplete daily website checklist reviews and submit updatesRun errands such as hanging signage, picking up printed materials, and transporting items between storesAssist with simple graphics and help gather social media content (photos, TikToks, short videos, etc.)Review inventory daily and write vehicle descriptions in vAutoHelp gather information to update website pages and dealership historyKeep internal documents and lists updated (vendor contacts, extensions, customer lists, etc.)Take incoming vendor calls and route messages to the marketing teamProvide light technical support for the marketing departmentAssist in organizing and submitting monthly co-op documentation (after training)Help record and edit the weekly internal podcast, then distribute it to staffSupport special projects throughout the yearWhat It's Like Working at Jim Taylor Auto GroupA Workplace That Feels Like FamilyTanya Peske and her family, work shoulder-to-shoulder with employees and maintain a supportive, close-knit environment where you’re known, valued, and encouraged.
