Video ProducerStaff Perm is hiring a Video Producer to support our client a HVAC Manufacturing organization with end-to-end production (pre-production through post-production) for podcasts, technical videos, training materials, and brand content. LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080 POSITION: Right to Hire SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM PAY: $35.00 hr BENEFITS: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Telehealth, Prescription Drug Discount Plan etc.Under supervision, managing end-to-end production (pre-production through post-production) for podcasts, technical videos, training materials, and brand content.In this highly collaborative role, you will work independently and alongside internal stakeholders to film, direct, capture audio, and deliver high-quality videos that align with company goals and design standards, with occasional support for graphic design, layout, and visual presentations.The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of related experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment handling multiple concurrent projects, and possesses required proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects, alongside hands-on experience operating Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras, Zoom H5 recorders, wireless microphones, and 3-point lighting setups.Experience with storyboarding, simple motion graphics, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, and candidates must be prepared to provide portfolio samples of past video production work during the interview process.Qualifications:3–5 years of related experienceProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After EffectsHands-on experience operating Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras, Zoom H5 recorders, wireless microphones, and 3-point lighting setups.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
