The Clinician may maintain a caseload as assigned by the Clinical\nDirector and performs core functions such as but not limited to new patient intake, screening,\nprovision of education to patient & family, individual sessions, group sessions, treatment\nplanning, case management, crisis intervention, provision of referral, facilitating clinical\nassessment and evaluation, consultation, and clinical documentation.\n\nReports to: Clinical Director\n\nQualifications:\n▪ Required PsyD, PhD, LPC, MFT, MSW, or other Counseling Degree\n▪ Preferred 2 years’ experience in the behavioral health field\n▪ Licensed therapy in the state of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of\nProfessional and Occupation\n\nCompetencies:\n▪ CLINICAL ASSESSMENT (Diagnostic, Needs assessment, Biopsychosocial)\n▪ THERAPY PROVISION (Provision of therapy (individual, family, and group therapy)\n▪ CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION (coherent, comprehensive, accurate, & justifies LOC)\n▪ Crisis Intervention (Demonstrates ability to respond effectively in an emergency;\nFacilitates a safe, appropriate intervention in response to client crisis)\n▪ Client De-escalation- (Effectively displays & utilizes non-verbal communication cues i.e.\nbody language\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n▪ Maintain an active licensure in the State of Colorado or actively engage in pursuing\nlicensure\n▪ Maintain an individual client caseload and conduct individual therapy\n▪ Lead group therapy sessions\n▪ Engage in communication with outpatient providers and family members of clinician\nindividual caseload\n▪ Ensure all clinical documentation and case notes are completed in a timely fashion and\nmeet all State and The Joint Commission guidelines\n▪ Maintain HIPAA compliance\n▪ Participate in weekly clinical treatment team meeting to communicate any current client\nbehaviors or warning signs\n▪ Strong communication with both clients and staff\n▪ Display effective intervention and de-escalation skills\n▪ Helpful and adaptive with assistance in the clinical department\n▪ Provide conflict resolution, safety, and maintain calm redirection in high stress\nenvironments\n▪ Maintain a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff\n\nBenefits:\nHealth, Dental and Vision Benefits, Fulfilling work, Positive Culture, Competitive Salary,\n401(k), Paid time-off
