Contract Administrator

Our client is looking to hire a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to serve as a trusted advisor at the heart of the company’s aerospace and defense operations. This isn't a back-office checkbox role. You'll have a direct hand in how our client wins business, manages risk, and engages with government agencies, customers, and partners.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements from proposal through closeout
- Keep us sharp across FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control requirements, and stay audit-ready at all times
- Translate complex contractual language into clear guidance for operations, finance, procurement, and government stakeholders
- Track performance and compliance metrics, and continuously improve how we manage the contract lifecycle
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5+ years of government contracting experience
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract law, and regulated industry environments
- 2+ years of WRITING contracts for defense industry clients (REQUIRED)
Bonus if you have ITAR experience, security clearance, ERP/contract systems, or CPCM certification.
