Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist Location: Onsite Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to provide coverage on specific dates throughout April. This individual will be the first point of contact for guests and team members and must demonstrate a warm, welcoming demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized front-office environment. The ideal candidate is timely, trustworthy, and able to assist with light office support tasks to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors and staff during the receptionist’s scheduled time off. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet guests and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist visitors with check?in and ensure they feel welcomed and assisted Maintain a polished, organized, and clean front desk area at all times Office Support & Housekeeping Restock supplies as needed (breakroom, front desk materials, general office items) Keep communal areas tidy and presentable throughout the day Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs General Administrative Assistance Support the office team with light administrative tasks as assigned Jump in to assist with any immediate needs around the office Provide dependable coverage and maintain confidentiality at all times Qualifications Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Strong communication and customer?service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized work environment Previous front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information appropriately Pay Details $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
