Role Description The Staffing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in McDonough, GA. This position is responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates to meet client requirements. The Staffing Manager will manage employee relations issues, coordinate onboarding and training activities, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The Staffing Manager will also make calls into the market for the purpose of identifying new customers opportunities and marketing talent to customers and prospects. Typical day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, collaborating with clients on workforce needs, resolving workplace concerns, maintaining accurate employee records, making calls into the market and monitoring performance and attendance. The role also involves communicating regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure staffing levels are aligned with business demands and service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communications skills and have the ability to create rapport quickly. A true sense of empathy and care is needed. Past experience in retail, hospitality, and restaurant work is an indicator of the service mindset we are looking for, Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Training to source, select, and develop employees for various roles. Candidates should be well spoken and have the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and clients. Experience in staffing, workforce management, or HR coordination in a high-volume environment is beneficial but NOT required. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
