If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a solid grip on Excel, this is the perfect place to build a foundation.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Record Maintenance: Work as part of a collaborative team to maintain the daily general ledger, books, and records for mutual funds and ETF clients of varying complexity.
• Daily Accounting & Reconciliations: Prepare daily accounting entries, execute prime broker/bank cash and portfolio reconciliations, apply corporate actions, and process advisor/portfolio management trading activity.
• NAV & Mill Rate Determination: Produce accurate, timely end-of-day Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and mill rate determinations.
• Expense Management: Process expense payments, manage recurring expenses, and enter journal entries for expense accrual postings.
• Market Analysis & Pricing Validation: Review financial markets for pricing discrepancies, perform portfolio pricing analysis/validations, and conduct general financial analysis.
• Information Distribution: Ensure timely and accurate distribution of internal and external fund reporting and information.
