Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued, but dedicated new graduates with CCCs are welcome
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of speech-language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver therapy through both individual and small group sessions in accordance with IEP objectives
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and session activities
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate recommendations effectively within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
