Hiring 1st Shift Assemblers in Carlsbad!!! $20-23/hr The Assembler is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times. Responsibilities Assemble products according to blueprints Conduct product inspections to maintain quality standards. Perform audits at the workstation for tools Document quality issues and improvement opportunities Process cards to ensure transactional accuracy Ensure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeled Use hand and power tools Essential Skills 1+ years of assembly experience or manufacturing production experience. Ability to read basic work instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a similar environment as an assembler Familiarity with hand and power tools. Work Environment Work in a high delivery manufacturing environment within a brand-new, clean, and spacious production floor. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
