Experience Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working with small parts is a plus

Job Duties

• Assemble small components made of plastic, metal, and rubber
• Follow manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Operate mechanical arbor presses to assemble products
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Work at various assembly stations throughout the production process
• Position and align parts accurately using fixtures and tooling
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality standards are met
• Support continuous workflow and team production goals

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to handle and manipulate small parts throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
• Lift and move materials as needed
