Hiring 1st Shift Assemblers in Carlsbad!!!

The Assembler is responsible for executing a broad range of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring the production of high-quality products within established routing times.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to blueprints
• Conduct product inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Perform audits at the workstation for tools
• Document quality issues and improvement opportunities
• Process cards to ensure transactional accuracy
• Ensure correct quantities of items are assembled and labeled
• Use hand and power tools

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of assembly experience or manufacturing production experience.
• Ability to read basic work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar environment as an Assembler
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Work in a high delivery manufacturing environment within a brand-new, clean, and spacious production floor. The facility is well-ventilated, and safety equipment such as smocks and safety glasses are provided. Lockers are available for securing personal belongings. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
