Benefit Center Advocate (Short-term Assignment – Work from Home)We are looking for great talent to start on January 12th, 2026!100% Remote – Work & Train from Your Home$17 per hourShifts are eight-hour work days (M–F)Available schedules:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Central Time8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Central TimeAnticipated assignment length: 2–3 monthsWe are seeking full-time or part-time employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee dependent verification. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for inbound calls related to the dependent verification audit, responding to employee inquiries with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.Clearly communicate the audit timeline, deadlines, and documentation requirements to employees to ensure understanding and compliance.Review submitted documentation to verify eligibility for dependent coverage elections; approve documentation when it meets sufficiency criteria.Accurately document call details, inquiries, and outcomes in the system to maintain thorough records.Collaborate with team members to provide creative and resourceful solutions to caller issues and audit-related questions.Ensure all processes comply with established policies and procedures, completing transactions timely and accurately.Take ownership of the entire interaction process, from initial contact through resolution, maintaining accountability for quality and completeness.Follow general supervision and adhere to established procedures and guidelines consistently.Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled shifts.Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and client success.QualificationsService Center Experience is RequiredExperience with Verification Services, COBRA Administration, Leave of Absence, Retiree Services, and Document Fulfillment is a plusStrong customer-centric mindsetMust be comfortable with technology – we are a technology company!Competitive, team player who strives for excellenceStrong interpersonal skills to find success in every opportunityTechnical RequirementsWindows-enabled PC/Laptop or MacBook (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported)Internet speeds above 20 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload)Ethernet cable connection highly recommendedPrefer a second monitor for performanceTrainingBusinessolver will provide a comprehensive training program prior to "going live."All training sessions are mandatory and will be completed from the convenience of your home office.Background check is required for this role.Equal Opportunity at BusinessolverBusinessolver is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer and is proud to offer equal employment opportunity to everyone regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, and more.
